Request data deletion
MicroNations: City Builder · OmniAlera Gaming Division.
What is stored
- A Firebase Auth account ID (anonymous, or linked to your Google email).
- A Game Passport record at
users/{uid}(display name, age bracket, subscription tier, games-played list). - Your nation state at
nations/{uid}(resources, buildings, score). - A leaderboard entry at
leaderboards/micronations/scores/{uid}. - Trade offers you posted at
tradeOffers(yourfromUidfield is the only PII). - Stripe customer + subscription records, if you ever purchased Premium or Season Pass.
We do not store payment card details — those live with Stripe.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@omnialera.com from the email associated with your account, with subject "MicroNations deletion request". Include your account ID (visible on the Settings screen) if you signed in anonymously.
We will:
- Confirm receipt within 2 business days.
- Delete the records listed above within 30 days.
- Send you a written confirmation when deletion is complete.
- Cancel any active Stripe subscription at the same time.
Self-service deletion
If you signed in anonymously, you can wipe your local game state by clearing site data for omnialera-micronations.netlify.app in your browser. The Firestore record will remain until you email us; we cannot identify it without your UID.
